Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

  • Responsible for driving growth, including strategic direction, within the Digital scope of responsibility in prioritized geography owning the P&L in the respective countries
  • Represent Sales & Marketing and market needs within Digital Business
  • Ensure obstacles are removed potentially limiting sales growth
  • Support business case development on new product opportunities or idea (incl. value proposition)
  • Support Division / BU critical customers and channel partners / strategy incl. negotiations
  • Align with regional sales leader on sales and margin targets, investments / cost
  • Provide input / basis for sales price guidance with global sales / division / BU / Ensure special discounts are aligned with division / BU business priorities
  • Align with BU / division on roadmap based on product and supply chain requirements.
  • Drive excitement / focus within geography on division / BU hotspots / solutions
  • Support internal (Trainings, townhalls ) and external (Industry events, conferences )
  • Share best practice learnings between the countries and on global level within the organization
  • Define needs towards future growth & customer satisfaction

  • Master’s degree in business / sales combined with solid sales experience along with great communication and collaboration skills is required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales
  • Outstanding communication skills and a natural at developing relationships with individuals and groups across borders and cultures is key to success in this role

  • You are an outstanding team player who can interact and communicate well with others including upper management, as well as operational customer employees
